Are you an island lover with a passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences? Do you know the ins and outs of beautiful St. John and want to make visitors’ stays unforgettable? If so, we want YOU to join our growing property management team!
We’re on the hunt for *Concierge/Guest Services Team Member* who will serve as the face of our company, ensuring our guests enjoy seamless, stress-free stays from check-in to check-out.
**What We’re Looking For:**
🌟 You’ve lived on St. John for at least 6 months and have stable housing on the island
🌟 You’re an organized, self-starter with a good attitude
🌟 Enthusiastic and passionate about exceptional customer service
🌟 Strong communication skills, friendly, and professional demeanor
🌟 Available year-round (this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits)
*What You’ll Do:*
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with ease
• Offer local recommendations and tips to enhance our guests’ experiences
• Coordinate with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are perfect
