SA HOUSE HOMESTAY - OUR HOME - YOUR MEMORIES
From Hung Yen province, which is located in the center of the Red River Delta and just 49 km from Hanoi capital, Mr. Sa had grown up and become a mature man with his own dream. During his time at university, Sa did desire to escape from the bustling city and traveled to somewhere quiet peaceful. Finally, like no others, he decided to leave his hometown and devoted his passion to Bac Ha. Bac Ha offers the northern evergreen mountainous landscapes and the home of some typical ethnic minorities. The ethnic villagers still lacked the very basic demand of food, clothes, and education.
Just arriving Bac Ha, he applied for a receptionist in Sao Mai hotel which gave him invaluable experience when it came to setting up his authentic homestay later. Then he worked as a tour guide for a long time. In the beginning, he got no salary for that job to get well-experienced before getting better and a higher salary. At that time, Bac Ha was just available a few basic hotels, not various accommodation while many French travelers prefer authentic homestay option. As a result, he tried to connect to the local houses and took the traveler group there for sleeping even they were very amateur and a little bit shy.
As well as being a dedicated staff, he worked hard, well listened to his beloved travelers’ feedback, suggestion, and strongly encourage. In 2013, he took his very first footsteps in following his dream by building the first brick of SA HOUSE HOMESTAY which has big influences on his life. He just had only 30 million Vietnam d**g (equal US$1000) so he borrowed the money from his relatives, friends to make his dream become true.

Travelers come here not just to admire landscapes but also support directly to the local community by using their services of homestay, food, etc...As a result, we agreed to use our slogan of ‘’SA HOUSE HOMESTAY, OUR HOME, YOUR MEMORY’’.
