The feedback from a participant in a meditation class in the UK, after practicing meditation for 20 sessions, who successfully overcame the symptoms of insomnia, sleeplessness, and anxiety:
"Before I started meditation, I was always nervous, experienced insomnia, and was easily influenced by negative emotions from other people when I was first starting a new life and studying in England. Part of this was because of the gloomy weather all year round, and the rest was because I was mentally unstable and had to embark on a new journey while learning to be emotionally and physically independent in life. I discovered that it was easier for me to fall asleep during the first 20 sessions of the meditation class, and my mind felt more stable.
