Traditionally, we eat Pho served in a ceramic bowl, but Vietnamese Pho offers another special way to enjoy it: "Pho bat da" or "Stone Bowl Pho".

🍜In this variation, Pho is served in a thick stone bowl that is heated to a temperature above 200 degrees Celsius to keep the Pho broth hot.
Accompanied by a plate of toppings such as beef, herbs, chilies, egg,..., each diner can customize their Pho according to their preferences.

✨When the Stone Bowl Pho is served, the broth is still boiling and the toppings still are fresh. Diners can choose to add the toppings to their bowl in any order they prefer. However, there are no rules against adding everything at once and enjoying it like regular Pho. "Stone Bowl Pho" offers a satisfying experience by maintaining the hot temperature of the broth, keeping the noodles chewy, and ensuring that the beef is not overcooked while retaining its natural sweetness in every bite.

🤝 We was fortunate to contribute a small part to the TISDIC 2023's big success.

Vietnam Lovely Travel was trusted to organize sightseeing itineraries for keynote speakers, who were really happy with their achievement during the conference's tight agenda and nice experiences they had along trips in Danang, Hue, Hoian. 🛫

Let's take a look at our keynote speakers' itinerary bellow:

25th August
- 08:30: pick up guests from Novotel Hotel Danang and depart for the Son Tra Peninsula.
- 09:00 - 10:00: visit Son Tra Peninsula. Afterward, move to Linh Ung Pagoda.
- 10:30 - 11:30: continue to visit the Danang Museum.
- 12:00 - 13:00: have lunch at Pho Thin.
- 13:00 -14:30: enjoy coffee at Non Nuoc Bar, Marriot Da Nang resort.
- 14:30 - 16:30: visit the Marble Mountains, then return to Novotel.

26th August
- 08:00 - 17:00: attend the conference (hold by DUT)
- 18:00: participate in the Gala dinner (organized by DUT)

27th August
- 08:00 -17:00: the conference’s time.
- 17:30: depart to Hoi An Impression Theme Park.
- 18:30: have dinner at An Bistro in Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa.
- 20:00: enjoy the Hoi An Memories Show.
- 21:00 - 22:00: stroll around Hoi An old town and latern market, enjoy Mot juice and transfer back to Danang and drop off guests at Novotel.

28th August
- 08:00: depart for Hue via Cloudy Pass.
- 09:00: a coffee break at Lap An lagoon
- 09:30 - 11:00: move to Tu Duc Tomb.
- 11:00 - 12:00: visit Tu Duc Tomb. After that, continue to visit Thuy Xuan incense.
- 12:00 - 13:30: have lunch with local food at Khong Gian Xua Restaurant.
- 14:00 - 16:30: visit Hue Imperial City.
- 17:00 - 18:00: have dinner at Y Thao Garden Restaurant.
