📌 MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
+ Tiếp nhận lệnh điều tour từ điều hành công ty, dẫn đoàn tham quan vịnh Hạ Long - Lan Hạ Bay và các địa điểm khác tại khu vực miền Bắc.
+ Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác của công ty (Chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi khi phỏng vấn).

📌 YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
+ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành hoặc tương đương, có thẻ HDV, khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
+ Hiểu biết về lịch sử, xã hội, văn hoá Việt Nam và Quốc tế. Am hiểu lịch sử, văn hoá Vịnh Hạ Long.
+ Kỹ năng về dịch vụ khách hàng, khả năng quản lí nhóm.
+ Kỹ năng phát hiện vấn đề và xử lí tình huống.
+ Trách nhiệm, nhiệt huyết với nghề.
+ Chịu được áp lực, đặc thù của công việc.
+ Tinh thần cởi mở về làm việc nhóm, làm việc độc lập.
+ Ưu tiên có gắn bó lâu dài với công ty.
