THE SEASON OF BUTTERFLIES IN CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK - NINH BINH IN VIETNAM
At the end of Spring and the beginning of summer – late April to the middle of May, you can see the flocks of flying butterflies overshadowed the sky in Cuc Phuong National Park, Vietnam. With more than 400 species of butterflies of all kinds, the number of individuals up to millions in this race to bloom. Butterflies are most common on sunny days, making it a colorful forest. Just by a light hand waving, a great flock of them will fly immediately. It is such sparkling and fanciful scenery.
How to get there:
Cuc Phuong National Park is about 120 km from Hanoi, to the southwest, located in the vicinity of 03 provinces including Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, and Hoa Binh. To get to Cuc Phuong National Park, visitors can go from Hanoi along the National Highway 1A towards Ninh Binh, to Gian Khau junction -10 km from Ninh Binh city, Nho Quan town 2km turn left to Cuc Phuong.
