Tommy was in charge of management and product, while Cindy took responsibility for sales. Although Cindy brought several years of working with a local tour operator, she was intimidated when approaching overseas partners, fearing they would think her, at only 27, too young to be an owner. Their son was young, the office was tiny, and the early days were difficult. Requests came in slowly, mostly f

rom friends and relatives wanting to book tickets and hotel rooms. Their vision was to provide clients with fast and convenient service, so they didn’t mind traveling far to enthusiastically meet with clients. Working days were very long, as they researched and created thorough product presentations. Their enthusiasm and passion for the business often overshadowed their financial interests. The company’s initial mission was to enter and build the business in the Asian market. Their goal was to be a reliable local agent, with a reputation for quality service and care, without following the trend of cutting costs by downgrading service levels in order to compete on price. As they earned the trust of their clients, the business began to grow until they reached a dominant position in the Asian market. That success has encouraged them to enter new international markets, including the EU and America.

Thai Hoa Palace Reopening on November 23, 2024

After nearly three years of extensive restoration, Thai Hoa Palace, an iconic cultural and historical landmark in Hue, will reopen on November 23, 2024, coinciding with Vietnam's Cultural Heritage Day. This reopening is a significant milestone in preserving the Nguyen Dynasty's heritage and offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore Vietnam's rich cultural history.

Initially constructed in 1805 under Emperor Gia Long and reconstructed in 1833 under Emperor Minh Mang, Thai Hoa Palace was the ceremonial heart of the Nguyen Dynasty, hosting important events such as coronations and royal receptions. The restoration ensures that this symbol of Vietnam's cultural legacy will be preserved for future generations to admire.

Tra Que Village has been recognized as one of the 55 Best Tourism Villages 2024 by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO)!

The Best Tourism Villages initiative, launched in 2021, aims to highlight tourism's role in rural development by preserving landscapes, cultural diversity, local traditions, and culinary heritage. In its fourth year, 55 villages from across the globe were selected from over 260 applications submitted by more than 60 UNWTO member states.

Tra Que is Vietnam's third village to earn this honor, following Tan Hoa Tourism Village in Quang Binh and Thai Hai in Thai Nguyen Province. This award celebrates Tra Que's efforts in promoting sustainable farming, preserving cultural heritage, and eco-friendly tourism practices.

Today, 365 Travel is delighted to welcome the first charter flight from Poland to Phu Quoc for the 2024-2025 season, marking our sixth year of charter operations since 2015.

The flight brings seven groups, totaling about 250 clients, for 7- to 14-day itineraries. Ann Le, our Director of Operations, and the team were on-site to oversee the arrival, ensure service quality, and address any needs for a smooth operation.

This promising start to the peak season sets the stage for eight monthly charters through March next year.
