All kind os seafood are fresh and cheap.
It is very famous because people trade with a special measure, that is based on basin, not based on any scale!
A basin of cutterfish or fish costs round 5 to 7 USD, a basin of 3 to 4 lobsters costs only 25 to 35 USD.
