"What to say, it's an asian journey you ought to experience with your family :)"
We had an amazing experience in Vietnam and all credit goes to Junie and his company who arranged everything for us and in complete proper format. Her company, completed all our tours on time without any delay. Driver and guides was fun and highly skilled who made our trip more enjoyable.we covered all major places in Vietnam including Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Danang, Ba Na Hills and Ho Chi Minh. I personally like the marble mountains where lady budhha caves are present, don’t miss it, as 15 min mediation over there gives you a fulfilling experience that can't be explain in words. I still remember the old lady we met, who gave free candle to us, we called them Vietnami granny:)

Job Requirements

• Respond quickly to guests' questions and create the itinerary and price following on Assign tasks to tour guides, vehicle suppliers, and chauffeurs, among others.
• Reserve services from vendors for each reservation
• Communicate with suppliers to guarantee seamless Operations and Reservations.
• Always update the quotation, services and products of the supplier partners.
• Manage Tour Plan System for Job Order to Tour Guides and Tour Drivers; Cash Advance Report for Tour Guides; Tour Guide Fee Report
• Manage Guides' Key Performance Indicators using Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Raise urgent issues with a proposed solution to the Manager to improve services.
• Implement company's Responsible Travel, Wildlife Code of Conduct, Cultural, ChildSafe, and Ethical codes.

Experience and skills

• Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous. A background in tourism or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and the Microsoft Vacation Planner suites
• Knowledge of sustainable and responsible tourism is desirable, as is an interest in or background in the travel sector.

We are on the lookout for a Direct Sales Travel Consultant who has a genuine love of seeing the world. You will be in charge of arranging travel within and outside of Vietnam for tourists and businesspeople, as well as promoting the company's products and services. The objective is to provide exceptional service so that the clientele grows and is happy.

Role and responsibilities

• Respond quickly to guests' questions and create the itinerary and price following on their travel plans and planned activities.
• Keep up of all trips and travel trends
• Making statistical reports from receiving information to the end of the tour
• work tandem with the operator to guarantee the smooth operation of the tour and address any issues that may arise for the passenger.
• Provide recommendations for improving productivity and customer service.
• Drive conversion of honest reviews from satisfied guests.

Job requirements and skills

- Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous. A background in tourism or a related field is preferred.
- Agility, honesty, effective communication skills in English, willingness to work overtime, and public holidays.
- A knowledge of a second language (China, German, Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working well under pressure.
- Using the computer and Microsoft Office.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, such as communication, respect, and empathy.
- Possessing competitive quote-gathering skills.
