🏝Ngoc B**h Valley🏝
🌊Ngoc B**h Valley (also known as Hava Valley) is a small land close to the Phong Nha – Ke Bang tourist area. Although it is a new tourist destination, it has created a “tourist blockbuster” of Quang Binh, which brings a wild, fresh beauty full of charm.

🌊The total area of this place is about 16 hectares with ample, pristine, and pure space. This place is entirely natural, in contrast to the modern cities and urban areas of Vietnam.

🌊Located next to Dark Cave, Quang Binh Ngoc B**h valley has the Chay River passing by. The river is calm. The watercolor is transparent and cool. Coming here, you need to breathe the air to find yourself peace of mind.

⛩𝐕𝐨𝐢 𝐏𝐡𝐮𝐜 Temple-ancient architecture of Hanoi🇻🇳
⚜This temple is also in the “𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏” system that guarded the west of the ancient Thang Long citadel along with Bach Ma temple in the east, Quan Thanh town temple in the north, Kim Lien town temple in the south. Therefore, it is also known with another beautiful name, Tay Tran Thang Long (The Guardian of The West Thang Long)

⚜Due to being built a long time ago, experiencing the ravages of time, harsh wea once destroyed by the French colonialists in 1947, the temple has been restored. It no longer looks like the original, but its majesty, ancient and sacred, still lingers with time.

⚜Voi P**c Temple was ranked as a cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information in 1962 and became a place of pilgrimage and a famous tourist destination in Hanoi that those who love nostalgia cannot ignore.

🏰𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐮 𝐁𝐚𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐞𝐮 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞🏰
⚜Tourists can either visit or stay at the Cong Tu Bac Lieu (Prince of Bac Lieu) House. The facility has been partly converted into a hotel that offers guests the chance to experience the life of the province’s prodigal sons. “Cong Tu Bac Lieu” was a term applied to children of rich landlords who enjoyed lavish lifestyles in Southern Vietnam during the colonial period.
🏰The construction materials, including steel, marble, tile, and brick, were all imported from France. The 20th century Western –style buildings have spacious surroundings, symmetrical architecture, and tile-covered roofs. The roofs are octagonal, and the supporting rafters look somewhat like those in a pagoda. The old villas and mansions of Bac Lieu have their own style, quite unlike the French villas in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or Dalat.

👑He was also known for owning a summer palace in Da Lat which was built in 1933. Bao Dai used the palace as his summer retreat when temperatures got too hot in other parts of Vietnam and now you can visit in person and see how he would have holidayed in the days of old.
🏰The home is still much as it would have been in the past and is filled with Bao Dai’s furniture as well as his personal possessions.

Vua Meo in Bac Ha🏛🏛🏛
The outlandish Vua Meo, built in 1921 by the French to keep the Tay chief Hoang A Tuong happily ensconced in style, is a bizarre palace constructed in a kind of 'Eastern baroque' style on the northern edge of Bac Ha. There's not much to see, other than the architecture itself, but the ground floor has a shop selling excellent-quality embroideries and traditional clothes.

Cham Cultural Centre in Phan Rang & Thap Cham🌄🌄🌄
This large modern structure is dedicated to Cham culture. There's some superb photography of Cham people, village life and customs exhibited here, as well as paintings, pottery, traditional dress and agricultural tools. There are also numerous souvenir stalls.
It’s a good reminder that while the Cham kingdom is long gone, the Cham people remain in the region. It's located below the Cham towers.

On the 14th day of each lunar month, every shop, restaurant, bar and businesses in the Ancient Town switches off all electricity and relies on hundreds of candles and lanterns. Meanwhile, entrance to all temples is free of charge, where you can see monks and locals holding candlelit ceremonies.🏮

⛩Ta Pa pagoda⛩

Located on the top of Ta Pa hill but it was not built on flat ground, but built on solid pillars with tens of meters high, so from a high distance, the pagoda seems to be floating in the mid-air, standing out in the middle of the pristine forest and mountains. The pagoda has a cool, airy atmosphere that makes visitors to this place feel extremely relaxing and peaceful. Apart from the name Ta Pa Pagoda, the people here call this pagoda Chua Nui – Mountainous Pagoda (Chưn-Num Pagoda in Khmer language) following Nam Tong (Southern) Khmer Buddhism and built according to typical Khmer architecture, with famous and cool beautiful landscapes., this is the right place for young tourists to explore, take for themselves beautiful souvenir photos.

Ti Top island 🏝🏝🏝
It is located about 8km away from Bai Chay Beach. This steep island has a white half-moon sandy beach. Ti Top Island has beautiful natural scenery and peaceful space. As the beach is often busy with bathers this place might not be appealing. Instead, here is a very short walk to the viewpoint of the island. Some facts show that in 1962 Ho Chi Minh met with Gierek Titov, a Soviet astronaut, and thus chose the name Ti Top Island.

Japanese Covered Bridge's Pagoda (Chua Cau or Lai Vien Kieu)⛩
The Bridge is located on the west end of Tran Phu Street, but the ticket is ONLY required to access the annexed pagoda on one side of the bridge's interior; the bridge itself is free for crossing. The bridge was constructed in the early 1600's by the Japanese community, roughly 40 years before they left the city to return to Japan under the strict policy of sakoku enforced by the Tokugawa Shogunate, and renovated in 1986. Today, it's the symbol of Hoi An.

🥢 Vietnamese Food - Broken rice equals a wholesome breakfast (Cơm tấm from Ho Chi Minh City)

Ask anyone in Ho Chi Minh City and they will tell you the go-to breakfast here is cơm tấm (broken rice). Cơm tấm is one of the few dishes that originated in Ho Chi Minh City. In the old days, these special broken rice grains were not fit for sale, so farmers would save and eat them. In fact, the tấm rice grains are so symbolic of humble beauty and grace that in the Vietnamese version of Cinderella, she was named Tấm whereas the evil stepsister was called Cám, after a different kind of rice byproduct.

Cơm tấm has all the right stuff to kickstart your day: honey-glazed barbecued pork chops, sunny-side-up eggs, spring onions, and pickled papaya on a bed of rice. Of course, these days you can have cơm tấm for any meal. Everyone in Ho Chi Minh City has his or her favourite cơm tấm spot, but don’t be afraid to try out the one closest to you. It will likely be just as good. Pour a generous amount of sweet fish sauce on top of everything on your plate, and dig in.

🥢 Vietnamese Food - Bánh căn from Nha Trang

While bearing similarities to bánh khọt, bánh căn is actually steamed, not fried. The batter contains egg, which creates a lighter texture similar to a fluffy omelette. Served with a variety of toppings, such as quail egg and prawn, Nha Trang is the only place where you can find bánh căn served on the street. Roll each bite in fresh lettuce, dip in green onion sauce, add a slice of sour mango, and devour.

🥢 Vietnamese Food - Cao lầu from Hội An

The name cao lầu, meaning ‘high floor’, might not tell you exactly what this dish entails, but it does carry a connotation of privilege. Originally, cao lầu was served to rich businessmen who could afford to eat on the higher floors of restaurants in Hội An, overlooking their shops and workers.

Vietnamese don’t usually cook their noodles al dente, but cao lầu is an exception. The heavenly chewy texture of cao lầu is in a league of its own, inspired by Japanese udon noodles. Served with tender char siu pork, fresh crispy greens, and crunchy crushed crackling, the cao lầu gets its subtle taste from a few spoonfuls of lemongrass-infused broth. Fortunately, you no longer have to be a wealthy merchant to enjoy this exquisite Hội An dish. Cao lầu can now be found all over Ancient Town, ground floors or higher.

🥢 Vietnamese Food - Cha ca La Vong (Chả cá Lã Vọng in Vietnamese)

Cha ca La Vong is a Vietnamese grilled fish dish, originally from Hanoi. The dish is traditionally made with hemibagrus (or ca lang in Vietnamese), which is a genus of catfish. The fish is cut into pieces and marinated in a turmeric-based sauce, which often includes shrimp paste or fish sauce, ginger, and chili peppers. Sometimes, saffron is used instead of turmeric. It is then lightly grilled over charcoal. The dish is served in a hot pan coated with marinade sauce and herbs, particularly dill. Other herbs, such as scallions or basil, may be included. It is eaten with vermicelli rice noodles and peanuts. The dish is finished at your table, and you can assemble each bowl to your liking. Share it with a group of friends or family for a real local experience!

🥢 Vietnamese Food - Bun Bo Hue (Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup)
Representing the legendary royal cuisine of Hue, bún bò huế is a mighty demonstration of both beauty and taste. The alarmingly red broth is the first signal of its striking flavour—the result of hours spent simmering beef bones and stalks of lemongrass to produce a citrusy concoction. Flash boiled vegetables paired with tender beef shanks give this dynamic affair added vivacity. This may be a beef soup—the word bò is Vietnamese for beef—but don’t be surprised when you see sausage lurking in the bowl. Chả lụa is a sausage made of ham paste that has a texture reminiscent of tofu.

🥢 Vietnamese Food - Bun Cha (grilled meatballs)

Bun Cha is a Hanoi specialty. You’ll find bun cha at food stalls and street kitchens across the city. The pork is barbecued on an open charcoal brazier and served on a bed of cold rice noodles with assorted foliage and broth.
🇻🇳 This type of Vietnamese cuisine is usually eaten at lunchtime. It's been described as somewhat similar to meatballs or hamburgers, but we think that with its intriguing mix of flavors, there's not another taste like it!
