What is the best time to come to Sapa?

Sapa is a small town in Lao Cai province, with a cool year-round climate, suitable for anyone who comes to Sapa to rest and relax. However, the best time to visit Sapa is from June to September. This is the most beautiful time of Sapa with green and golden terraced fields stretching along the ridge. This will be a great experience to visit rice terraced fields and villages.

What is the weather like in Sapa?

Sapa weather is cool all year round, the temperature difference between summer and winter is not too high. Therefore, Sapa always becomes a sought-after place for vacations and sightseeing.

The average annual temperature in Sapa is 15.4 degrees Celsius, in which summer is about 18 - 20 degrees Celsius and in winter, the temperature is about 10 - 20 degrees Celsius.

How to get to Sapa and back?

From Hanoi to Sapa: You can go with night train depart at 10PM everyday. When you arrive Lao Cai station, you have to come to Sapa by shared bus or a private car. OR, you can go with sleeper bus, it will go straight to Sapa.

From Sapa to Hanoi: You can go with night train at 21:40 or sleeper bus departs at 4PM, 10PM.
