Com Suon, or Com Tam Saigon is a Vietnamese dish with ingredients mainly from broken rice. Although there are many names in different regions, the ingredients and processing methods of the above dishes are almost the same.
A plate of Com Tam is usually served with fish sauce and a bowl of soup, on top will be grilled ribs and served with dishes with saute green onion sprinkled on top.
