CU CHI TUNNEL HALF DAY
Departure time : 8 AM – 14:30 PM & 1 PM – 6 PM
Located 60km from HCM city, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for Original tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.
The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, When Cu Chi was" A Free Target Zone ". The remnants visitors will see, show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there and visitors will see the remnants

WATER PUPPET

Water puppet originated in the delta of Red river in the tenth century. The farmers used natural medium found in their environment to devise the unique form of entertainment. In the past, the stages for water puppet shows were ponds and paddy-field after harvesting.

CYCLO TOUR WITH DINNER CRUISE

Cyclo is a tricycle-like transportation which passenges’s seat is in front of drive’s seat. It is the best choice if you would like to go around the city for sightseeing and observing the local people’s activities. Also, drives take you to some buildings which were built by the French, such as: Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Continental Hotel, Ben Thanh market. After that, stopping at Saigon River and getting on boat, you can relax and enjoy the beautyful view of the city with twinkling lights. Or, admire the traditional junk boat in a 2-hour cruise along Saigon River and enjoy gastronomic moments on one of the most authentic vessels. Then you have you have dinner with local or westem cuisine. The wonderful everning will be completed with a delicious dessert before you get back to the docks. After 4 hours of the tour you will be dropped back at your hotel.

ANDS-ON COOKING CLASS & ENJOY MEAL (HCM CITY)

Attending a cooking class, you will learn how to cook some of the most popular Vietnamese dishes. The chef will tell you some common cooking ingerdients in Vietnam (such as: fish sauce…) how to choose the best ones and how to prepare for som favourite Vietnamese dishes. Then you can try yourshel to cook some of them with guiding of the chef. After having done, you will enjoy meal with dishes cooked by yourself and your classmates. Have fun!
Note: A reference handbook will be provided you to help you remember all recipes and methods
