🇻🇳 In the celebration of the Reunification day - 30 April, let’s take a look at the Reunification Palace which has become the symbol of this memorial day of 30 April, since 1975, and is now a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 🇻🇳

The Reunification Palace, also known as Independence Palace (in Vietnamese: Dinh Độc Lập) was built in 1962-1966 on the site of the former Norodom Palace (name used under the French colonial period).
The palace was the house and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War and it was also the site that marked the end of the Vietnam War on 30 April 1975, when the North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates, marks the Day of liberating the South for National Reunification.

TẾT NGUYÊN ĐÁN - THE START OF A NEW YEAR IN VIETNAMESE CULTURE - 🇻🇳

Tết Nguyên Đán, or Tết (Tet) in short, is the Lunar New Year, which is the most important celebration in Vietnamese culture and tradition.

Taking place in the first month of the Lunar calendar, which will be in between late-of-January to mid-of-February, Tet marks the first day of the Vietnamese New Year and will last for 03 days.
However, the national celebration would be hosted for around 7 days.
