Sharing some candid moments from our latest retreat in the Mekong!

We absolutely loved our little oasis nestled between coconut 🌴 and 🥭 trees alongside Cai Be River 🌊

Waking up with birds chirping, yoga & meditation by the river in our lush garden shala, weekend passed by so so quickly and was packed with massage workshops, boat trips and fresh homemade meals.

A massive shout out to all the fabulous women that said “yes” to this experience, we had the most amazing time together and we’re so happy to have connected with each and every of you in such a special setting.

We cannot wait to return to this special place to host our upcoming Mekong Wellness Retreat Vol. II on June 3-5th, so thrilled to meet so many more like-minded women away from the bustling city and connect in the most organic way.

We just got back to buzzy Saigon after a relaxing weekend by the beach!

Few words to summarize our perfect weekend.
🧘‍♀️ 🌱 ☀️ 🏝 🏊‍♀️ 🪁 🥗 📖 🌊

Practiced daily Yoga & Meditation while listening to the sound of waves crashing to the shore, got nourished with healthy bowls and enjoyed the freshest and most delicious food we could have asked for, connected and befriended an inspiring group of women and took endless plunges in our turquoise pool followed by reading sessions by the beach.

Feeling fully recharged, restored and eager 🤩 to start a new week with a big smile on our face.

What a refreshing weekend!

Sending sunshine to everyone and hope to catch you on our next adventure.
