While Phở has been viewed as a national Vietnamese food all over the world, it has typically been served as fast food.

However, Phở can be elegant, sophisticated, and above all, super yummy! Bowls after bowls, Phở Joi has accomplished that task over the last 4 years…without the need to be overly extravagant like the way celebrity chefs often does to a bowl of Phở.

Phở can be simple, and let the natural intricacy of the broth do the heavy lifting.

There’s a difference between the most well-known places in Vietnam and the best places to visit.

The data that led to the photo below were not able to capture the majestic mountains of Ha Giang or the record setting caves in Phong Nha.

There are also the lovely rice fields in Mai Chau, the ancient tea trees in Ta Xua, and dreamy waterfalls in Ban Gioc…and the list goes on and on.

While the list below is not incorrect—they are amazing places—Vietnam has many more options just as good if not better to choose from.

So plan many many trips, and don’t mistake Vietnam for a once and done—we plan on criss-crossing this beautiful country eating our face out over and over again until the wheels fall off.

…and then we walk.

Từ hôm nay, 6 con voi nhà tại Trung tâm Du lịch Cầu treo Buôn Đôn (Đắk Lắk) chính thức dừng cõng khách, chuyển sang mô hình du lịch thân thiện.

Ngoài ra, Lễ hội Cà phê Buôn Ma Thuột 2023 tới đây sẽ không sử dụng voi để diễu hành trên đường phố, chỉ có các hoạt động tương tác thân thiện với voi.

Hiện tại thủ phủ cà phê còn khoảng 37 con voi nhà, 80-100 con voi hoang dã, giảm 90% số lượng so với năm 1980. Hơn 30 năm qua, Đắk Lắk chưa ghi nhận trường hợp voi nhà sinh sản thành công nên công tác bảo tồn voi được đặc biệt quan tâm.
