✨ On Dec 12, 2024, Vietravel Corporation, T&T Airlines (T&T International Trading & Transportation Forwarding JSC), T&T SuperPort and International Logistics Center Limited Liability Company, and BVIM Fund Management Joint Stock Company officially became strategic shareholders of Vietravel Airlines.

🤝 The successful signing of the share transfer agreement marks a pivotal step in advancing the long-term vision and objectives of Vietravel Corporation for 2025–2035. This partnership also signifies a strategic move towards a collaborative journey between T&T Group and Vietravel Corporation, aimed at establishing Vietravel Airlines as Vietnam's leading tourism-focused airline.

🔷 Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Corporation and Vietravel Airlines, emphasized that the participation of the three strategic shareholders—T&T Airlines, T&T SuperPort, and BVIM Fund—will unlock new opportunities for Vietravel Airlines. ✨ VIETRAVEL CHAIRMAN PARTICIPATES IN THE CONFERENCE ON “DEVELOPING NGHE AN TOURISM PRODUCTS LINKED TO THE NATIONAL TOURISM BRAND IN THE NORTH CENTRAL TOURISM REGION”

🌟 Today (November 29, 2024), Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky, Chairman of Vietravel Corporation and President of the Viet Nam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA), attended and shared insights at the conference on “Developing Nghe An Tourism Products Linked to the National Tourism Brand in the North Central Tourism Region.” This event was organized by Nghe An Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Center under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Nghe An People’s Committee, and in collaboration with the Vietnam Tourism Development Fund and the VCCA.
