Im become a Chef with the reason very simple that I also have food, easy to find the job. From that time, my life is changing. I work with international Chef from French, Switzerland, Mexico, American, Germany, Korean, Nepal….They teach me something I no have chance learn in school same like English, computer, account, management, culture...... They are good teacher and good Chef. That is lucky ones in my life. They are teaching me with the reason that I’m have talent about learning fast, willing to learn everything.
They bring me to Bangkok, Doha-Qatar, Dubai working and learn a new thing. My hero teacher, that is Chef Mauro Gomez, I being with him longest and he is bring me working oversea because he love Vietnamese. He wishing that what he did for me and I can did for Vietnamese after.
