Reformed Open Community Schools (ROCS) is an initiative of the Reformed Church in Zambia set up primarily to manage community schools set up by the Church. Initially it set up the Planning and Development Department (PDD) which ran schools but after restructuring, ROCS became an independent programme in 2002, to give assistance to open community schools set up in Lusaka, Chongwe, Chipata, Lundazi,

Kitwe and Ndola. More than 15, 000 children have benefited from the education provided by ROCS. ROCS is a registered NGO with the Registrar of Societies.
