***Urgent update on TOURIST visa renewals***

Please note that when extending tourist visas, anyone who registered as living in the south of Vietnam, can NO longer extend through the immigration department of Ha Noi at the moment.

Tourist visas can still be extended through immigration in HCMC.

***Please note that when extending tourists visas, you MUST now obtain and fill in a registration form showing proof of address.

This form can be collected from your landlord or hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THOSE WHO ENTERED VIETNAM AFTER 1st MARCH.

📣Next month, there will be no free extension for tourists.

Unfortunately you are now required to get your visa extended month by month like the tourists who came before March.

Normally we are closed at the weekend but because of this sudden change we will be open on Saturday and Sunday this week to assist you to avoid any penalty.
Please remember that it takes a few days to send your passport to the immigration department on the mainland and also that the immigration department will be closed on 1st, 2nd and 3rd January 2021.

Our office address is on 40 Bach Dang street or you can google maps search Seabird Travel Phu Quoc and it will lead you to us.
Currently we are open from 10am -4pm .

Important update...

The department of immigration in Hanoi have now announced that if foreigners residing in Vietnam overstay by even one day, they will not be able to pay the overstay charge through a travel agent. Instead they will be required to go to their closest immigration department personally to settle the issue by signing an agreement and paying the fine.

Because of the fact that there is no immigration department in phu quoc, and the fact that the price to extend at the closest department (Saigon) is double the price, I politely recommend that you keep track of your visa expiry date and submit it at least 5 days beforehand to avoid any problems.

We will of course do our best to remind my current customers at the appropriate time to assist you as best as we can.
