We offer a traditional homestay experience, with spectacular views, delicious home-cooking and most importantly, an authentic taste of Hmong family life. Learn about traditional Hmong culture with us, including embroidery, playing with the children, farming, cooking with family, and drinking "happy water" made by us! Experience, up-close local farming techniques like rice-planting, harvesting and

buffalo-ploughing. Enjoy seeing everyday life such as our children on their way to school, and our buffalo grazing nearby. If you are feeling active, you can even come with us up into the hills and help us gather wood for the fire or collect food for our pigs! You will love it here if you are looking for an authentic experience at Lao Chai Village (7 km south of Sapa) with a Hmong family. Lao Chai Village is the biggest Hmong community in Sapa and continues to keep traditions alive. We offer home cooked family meals (vegetarian options available), happy water with Hmong traditional drinking game 🐔, trekking adventures, and beautiful views. We hope to welcome you soon! 💚🏔️
