Mama Mu and her family have an home stay in the middle of the rice fields of T
a Van, a non touristic village nearby Sapa. She is part of the Khmong Minority and therefore speaks another language. We did a trekking with Mama Mu and we had the most amazing time with Mama and her family. We did a hike, cooked together (she can cook amazing) and drunk lots of happy water. The family is so lovely, the view is amazing and it is a way better authentic experience than in Sapa. She learned to speak English from tourists and cannot read it.
