Thanks to Cyclone Tino, and the cruise ship Voyager of the Seas which diverted from Fiji as a result, we had a record day on the water today! Nearly 40 paddlers experienced our tours to the Bay of Islands and Matevulu Blue. Big thanks to Dave Cross from The Beachfront Resort for organising the cruise ship passengers, Sue from Hidden Cove Eco Retreat for recommending us and Zonda from Zafrollys Beach House for sending us her guests!

So received an email enquiry today from one Laura Spector - Hi. I was wondering if a day trip to Espíritu Santo to kayak and swim with the sea lions is possible?
Umm, no, seeing as there are no sea lions in Vanuatu?! Then the penny dropped - she had her islands mixed up. Seems there's more than one Santo out there in the world - in this case Espiritu Santo island near Baja California!

Paddle to Elephant island - calm and glassy on way out but hit by a sudden squall and Torrential rain on way back. Well done Corey and Ashley for smashing through the winds and waves and making it back to champagne beach for a well deserved tusker!
