Port Vila after the Tropical Cyclone Judy and Tropical Cyclone Kevin. TC Judy Category 4 hit Port Vila on Wednesday 1st March followed by TC Kevin almost Category 5 on Friday 3rd March hit in the dark and lasted a very long time, leaving a path of destruction right across Southern Vanuatu.
