All Directions Travel and Tours Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specialized in government processing and filing to assist our company with compliance-related matters involving government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other relevant government entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government regulations, tax laws, and corporate compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including but not limited to income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes in accordance with BIR regulations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial statements, reports, and disclosures required by government agencies, including the SEC, in compliance with regulatory standards.
