I consciously take care of my as my entire Body functioning system is dependent on the harmony of my emotions.

Having stress of daily life issues is absolutely not needed. With imbalance between professional and personal life, we tend to get confused on which stress is worth resolving. Certain stresses just come and go on its own irrespective of we address it or not. They are just not worth your attention.

This is the time we smartly need to preserve our system of Fight or Flight emitting hormones and live life like an observer.

Here I am unwinding myself under the purple sky, looking towards infinitely vast ocean, below swaying coconut trees and tasty spicy .

I am a multi tasker and it is very common to feel pressure from various on going , , and studies cm activities. I decided to let the pressure, stress or any kind of difficult emotions come in and flush out and just see them coming and going without reacting towards it. For this I chose to go on a short to long drive around the of and give some time among nature's . This abundance of nature taught me that what has come will go and what you don't know will come.

Why to worry for these temporary phases then? Let your fight or flight mechanism just work for emergency situations and do not dwell into the stressful emotions for long. Let it come and go on its own. You will get peace if you choose to be at peace.

Right now we all are mourning over death of young and aspiring actor .

There is a possibility that his own imagination, curiosity towards life after death, space and universe musings made him take this step! He was going through depression we heard.
Is depression always a result of not having true friend?
Depression could be in the form of hallucination, fantasy, inability to solve mysteries of life beyond life etc.
Even if you are hallucinating, feel mysterious of secrets of life and death theories, trying to read and resolve myths about universe please talk to your pals or family members and stay curious but not fatal to your life to experiment anything.
Your life is not just monetary but moral support as well to your family so think about bonding of yourself with your family, life supporters, birth giving parents before any of such thoughts muses in your mind.
Another aspect in respect to death is to accept it that one day we all have to depart from this body. So discuss death in the family to make your family and ( ).
Tomorrow if one of your loved one is not there for any reason including causes like infection from Covid19 then please do not lose yourself. Still your life is precious and your presence counts for many around you.
Few important tasks to be done by all family members:
- Learn the accounts if you haven't done that.
- Make sure of knowing what are your family wealth situations.
- Make sure of all investment documents lying at secured and known place.
- Make sure of nomination is done for all investments.
- Teach your kids about banking operations.
- Give trustworthy people's contact to your family for getting help in your absence.
- Show all important locations to your family where you generally keep your important documents or valuable things
- Last but not the least, make a 'Will' on a simple paper handwritten by you and signed by you. Notarisation is good if done but even if not done it has a value.
**Let us make our lives simple, joyful and easy for others to accept all phases of lives practically.

- May month end, I got my usual monthly migraine attack, bothered me for few hours untreated and unattended.

>> Later some magic happened and in 30 mins I was free from pain

How? LAW OF ATTRACTION
🧘‍♀️

Law of Attraction is an excellent practice to be done on daily basis for all your positive, constructive and healing activities.

🧘‍♀️

Before practicing Law of Attraction create a strong belief system that your Positive, Constructive, Healing Goal is going to achieve no matter what!

Later start instructing your self in present tense about achieving of said Goal with strong belief.

🧘‍♀️

I let the brain know that migraine is curable. Later I played OM chanting on YouTube and I started chanting together.

Constantly I instructed myself about pain is already gone and migraine is cured 100% and yes, it was vanished in 30 minutes of practicing Law of Attraction.

Right now in this Pandemic situation lot many events will occur when self belief with Law of Attraction to cure will help to the most to get rid of various untreatable pains.

- June month start, two of my staffs visited allegedly my home blackmailing us for paying them inspite of job discontinuation since Feb and March 1st week respectively. Scared us to drag to police station. They broke the lockdown rule and entered our building and then our floor.

>> Inspite of open doors and me being alone confronting them, my strong protective aura did not allow them to enter my house and they went away with clear message that we follow righteousness.

How? MEDITATION.
🧘‍♂️
I daily spend 30 mins for Pranayam and meditation. While meditating I concentrate on the idol of my worship.
🧘‍♂️
Thy is absolutely Supreme with His powers.
🧘‍♂️
I breathe in energy, positivity, intellect, decision making, leadership, peace, health, happiness, compassion, love, nature, beauty, prosperity, righteousness and so on.
🧘‍♂️
All negatives are breathed out from my umbilical cord the roots of my body.
🧘‍♂️
I see the light in this phase uniting me with the Supreme Divine and that touch is what I get everytime I meditate and yet I keep longing for it again.
🧘‍♂️
Create an environment which is powerful, immune, strong to fight the battle of life that seemed jinxed but it is not. Discover yourself daily and stay positive, stay happy, stay safe!

Learning how to float and being easy with water. Infinity divers did excellent job by making dive 6 meters down to explore the beautiful world in the blue water world.

- March end month, got severe toothache followed by swelling of part face and puss reaching ears and throat.
>> I found help in curing in 4 days and totally cured in 10 days.
👩‍🔧
How? AFFIRMATIONS.
Firstly I believed it is curable.
2ndly I believed help is easily available.
3rdly I believed I am capable to reach out to help and I am healthy enough to immune to this pain and recover from it.

After my beliefs were set, I used affirmations like:
I am absolutely well.
I have recovered from all pains.
I have go to healthy body to fight any infections.
I have strong immunity to release puss or infection from my mouth from deep roots.
👩‍🔧
Such chain of positive and affirmative mindset followed by positive belief is needed to overcome any physical or mental stress we are going through.

Create affirmations for overcomming your mental troubles daily and stay positive, stay happy, stay safe!

Today I completed 9th Marathon since the month of January 2020 and 5th since .
🏃‍♀️
Yesterday evening I had seen failure in keeping up my pace to my expectations and learnt a lesson that we do fail in our set .
🏃‍♀️
Yet in the failure there was achievement of improving, freshness of completing 5 kms no matter what, self introspection full of night to prepare my body for another walk within less than 12 hours and it was all worth it.
🏃‍♀️
Today I woke up at 5.30 am as I couod not sleep in wanting to walk again with better pace. I hit the ground at 6.37 and in 56 mins I completed 5 kms dot.
🏃‍♀️
I did improve by few seconds than yesterday and this is what I wanted, maintain the pace and overcome failures to reach another goals.

PS: I am happy failing to learn something new as learning is a lifetime process.

Also note, I do participate in competition as it will teach me possibilites through my own failures and winnings.

Great learnings, great walking, great MeTime all because of participation in various fitness activities. Thank you god for this new me.

For me now has taken a new shape. Today I run 4th in less than a month.
🏃‍♀️
I have started / # running between each minute and seconds setting goals at times achieving and at times failing yet keep building every second new targets.
🏃‍♀️
It's like I am sweating out my weakness in each exhale and gaining strength in each inhale.
🏃‍♀️
Today I out 5 kms worth steps burning around 200 plus calories just with walking.
🏃‍♀️
It's not enough so I also performed few stretches followed by so that I can in daily life in each step i take in my house or away from my house.
🏃‍♀️
Join me in this journey of self exploration, giving that dedicated one or two hours just for yourself and just to yourself.

Life is a piece of cake. If you bake it with appropriate ingredients, heat it with right intensity of flame for right value of time and do not stop at just a piece of cake but ice it on with delicious stream of choice of sauce or cream, voila your baked life is worth a cherish!

Daily I am innovating ways to keep myself active with whatever resources is available to me, I am trying reduce the oldest ingredients lying in the pantry for fresher tomorrow. 🍰

In these 2 months I have done cleaning, chopping, cooking, video shooting, photography, writing, reading, thinking, speaking, listening, excercises, running, walking, learning and today baking and I havent stopped yet. This list is going to continue with some repetition and some innovation ir evolution. 🍰

This is my 1st time, just like all of us have that 1st time!

In this 1st time added 1 followed by Zero making it my 1st time dusting 10!

10? What is that? It's not just a number 10 but the proof of fats burnt, sweat dropped, energy generated energy invested!

10 is the value that measured my foot steps, yes it is 10 kms that I walked 1st ever as a part of marathon. 🔥
My raced heartbeats, pleasant breeze constantly interacting with my sweat, little aches in ankle and hip joint, my willpower constantly soothing and boosting each step are all observer to my 1st victorious 10 kms walk.
