From the helpful recommendations on local restaurants and great beaches, to the refreshing, private pool - Hannah’s place was everything we wanted and more. She and her mom were extremely friendly and responsive, the house was well-appointed, and the location was superb. We loved it, and when we come back to St John, we can’t wait to stay here again. It’s also a wonderful setup for friend groups or multiple couples with the couple of villas being close but still private."

"Unit was as described and had everything we needed. Hannah was super responsive and helpful! I’ve been coming to St John for 10 years and this place is an absolute steal. I usually spend 3x on lodging. The end unit where we staid had a nice little table for us to eat our breakfast with a surprisingly beautiful view. Hannah provided accurate directions for how to get to the unit. Once you know where it is, it’s super easy to get to. Conveniently located to the market as well as Cruz Bay itself. We rented a car anyway and would recommend that for the freedom. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights and Hannah was quick to accommodate. This really is a gem and we would love to come back! 5 Stars!"

"The Paradise Found Villa was extraordinary. The unbeatable view showcases 180 degrees of lush green hilltops surrounded by stunning blue water. We experienced some of the best sunsets from the pool, which was utterly magical. The vista made it hard to leave the Villa to explore the island! Hannah was an exceptional host. Her communication was always quick, clear, and friendly. The villa had every amenity we could have hoped for. Paradise Found Villas made our vacation special and memorable. I look forward to coming back! That view will live in my mind rent-free!"

"Absolutely Breathtaking Experience at this Villa
I want to start by saying that as a seasoned traveler who has stayed in Airbnbs on every continent, this review is as genuine as it gets. Ted’s villa easily ranks in my top three worldwide, surpassed only by a property in Australia where kangaroos visited the jacuzzi. That said, Ted’s place is in a league of its own. It was pure luxury, perfectly blending island architecture with nature in the most seamless and breathtaking way. Ted, a famous island chef, took the time to share his incredible story with us, which added a personal touch to our stay. The villa’s highlights are endless: daily visits from the sought-after Bananaquits, endless starry starry nights enjoyed from the pool overlooking Fish Bay, and a garden that rivals some of the best botanical gardens in the U.S. We gathered fresh herbs from the garden to elevate our five-star meals, paired with fresh lobster from the local market, making us feel like absolute rockstars. The design, ambiance, and hospitality were unparalleled, and I can’t believe we were able to experience this at such a reasonable price. Anyone who writes him a bad review is unhappy in life. Ted’s villa is more than a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience."

We said for two nights and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable amazing view outside. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Hannah was wonderful to work with.
