😤 Okay, we’re trying something new. I fell for the good ‘ole Facebook Ad (sucker!). All kidding aside I’m actually really excited to try this air ionizer product by Clarifion. Just plug-it in and forget about it!
😮‍💨 This device will send out negatively charged ions which are on the hunt for positively charged particles, like smoke, or fish, or pets.
Guests use all 5 senses when first waking into your property and a bad smell could lead to a bad review! 👃😳

🙋🙋‍♂️The team at Wake Up Inn was hard at work landscaping one of our properties to make it look amazing for our guests!
💪
This was easily 40-man hours and included w**d removal, pressure washing, new plants and decor, and tree trimming.
⛏🌹
We ended up needing a dumpster to haul-off the debris!
It looks great after all that work and our guests have a nice outdoor area to enjoy the beautiful weather!

😍 We love it when we can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs...it's a nice little surprise that helps our guests and provides much needed flexibility for their travel plans.

🧳 If a guest let's us know they're arriving very early on check-in day then we always look on the calendar to see if the prior night is available. Our guests love this option!

🏃‍♂️ We go the extra mile for our guests and look for opportunities to customize and personalize their stay.

I love day’s like today where I get to cut checks to our owners whose properties we manage. We help maximize their revenue by furnishing, curating, and hosting travelers.

We’re not even in peak season and I’m seeing 2.5x returns compared to long-term rental income!
