Cant believe this amazing review, one of my Liverpool Investors come back with this smasher of a review, tbh it was a tricky project, converted a 2 bed flat to a 3 bed flat, had concrete floors, but we did get them a free boiler, and 70% off the kitchen, investor was obviously happy with how i work and kept them upto date on the progress.

Refurb number 6, loving this teakwood I'll keep it for wall panels in the bathroom wonderful way to recycle ♻️

I always go the extra mile to recycle all and everything I find in a house conversion.

This will be a conversion from a 3 bed to a 4 bed.

Hi everyone,

Just a wee check in from yours truly.

Progress on our latest project all hands on deck to get this one over the line.
I'm looking for a plasterer just now so if you know one in the Falkirk area give me a shout.

I have used a substantial amount of funding from one ofy investors on this project so we have a low mortgage. Obviously due to the high rates but also because the financial product we have allows us to add more funds in later to the mortgage instead of an entirely new mortgage.

As I progress as a property investor its becoming more essential to build in security and stability during the refurbishment phase. This ensures there are no stumbling blocks on the road to a successful outcome.

So it was actually no problem to take 3 weeks away from this project to refresh one of my top performing flats in the west end of Glasgow.

Onward and upward 👆

I love what I do, and I do what I love.

Remember to recycle and do things to replenish our natural world 🌍 ✌️
