“Aranyani the female leopard. I found her in this tree about 5m from the road. Sat there for about 15min alone with her, others joined and she gave is a proper pose for photos. She then desided to climb down and wonder of. She is just one amazing leopard .”

A very well known resident and popular guest to all residents in Marloth Park.
Galagos, also known as bush babies, or nagapies, are small nocturnal primates native to continental, sub-Sahara Africa, and make up the family Galagidae. They are considered a sister group of the Lorisidae. According to some accounts, the name "bush baby" comes from either the animal's cries or its appearance.

These photos were taken by Gavin Ellis from the bird hide in Marloth Park. The small Crocodile was basking on the bank and taken/ grabbed by the large Crocodile. It then drowned the smaller Crocodile by holding it underwater for about 30 minutes and took another 30 minutes to swallow it whole.

On the bank of the Crocodile River between Malelane and Komatipoort on the N4 national highway, Marloth Park is a wildlife sanctuary and holiday town. It boasts four of the “Big Five” with the exception of elephant. Buffalo, rhino and lion are confined to Marloth's game reserve "Lionspruit"; the rest of the game such as kudu, zebra, giraffe, blue wildebeest, nyala, impala, warthog, ostrich and others aren't restricted by fences and roam freely between the units that are built on 3000 ha.[2]
On the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park, Crocodile Bridge gate is 14 km and Malelane gate 35 km from Marloth Park.

About Us
Welcome to our Wild.
Marloth Park shares its southern border with the world famous Kruger National Park. It is a wildlife tourism destination in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. Marloth Park is a sought after getaway for families and overseas tourists wanting to explore the Lowveld Region.
The Crocodile Bridge Gate for the Kruger National Park is a short 14km drive, making Marloth Park a convenient place to stay. A sleepover at one of our recommended home-stays or lodges offers guests a captivating experience where you can expect visits from several species, including Giraffe, Zebra, Nyala, Impala, Kudu and warthogs. Birders will be kept busy by an abundance of species native to the Lowveld region including the Fish Eagle, Bateleur, Southern Ground Hornbill and even the Common Ostrich.
We can assist visitors with numerous activities, including Private Game drives. Should you wish to have a day off from wildlife viewing other activities can be arranged, including Tiger fishing, Quad biking, Horse riding and even tours to neighbouring Mozambique. If golf is your thing, how about a few unique rounds, at the Skukuza Golf Course which is inside the Kruger National Park.
You will be pleased to learn that there are several restaurants nearby, but if you can't drag yourself away from your furry neighbours and feel like chilling out at home, Komatipoort which is a 30-minute drive away has a well-stocked Spar. If you are super organised, you can arrange for the Spar to deliver to your door. For the little bits and pieces you might need, there are two convenience stores located in Marloth Park.
