Over the past twenty years I have watched so many women get passed over for senior roles either because they were women or because they didn’t have the right relationships. At the same time, I have listened to executives complain that they can’t find the right women for their teams. This stops now. There is a massive disconnect between how women think they get a job and how companies actually hire. Now is the time for me to leverage my experience to not only bridge the gap, but to work with women with amazing business ideas or who want to reenter the workforce and just don’t know how to get started or build their own network. If there is one thing I know, it’s that if you want that big job or you want to build a company, there is already a fire inside you. My job is to throw enough wood on that fire.
