The market in Florida is nuts! This beach house is in Seagrove Beach on 30A which drives short term rents up as well.
Hilton Head is only 4 hours from Atlanta and much more affordable!
Snow Birds welcome at my 2 condos this fall/winter. PM me for special pricing!

If the under-construction home in Seagrove Beach sells for that price, it would become the most expensive sale in the area.

Hi friends, my newest condo is a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit that is also in South Forest Beach. It’s about 100 yards outside the Sea Pines Ocean Gate on Cordillo Parkway. It is also only a 5-7 minute walk door to shore and also right on the bike path.
Cordillo Cabanas is a small quiet community of about 40 condos with a pool and laundry onsite.
The unit has a brand new king bed and sectional sleeper sofa. Newer cabinets, granite counters and SS appliances. It sleeps 4 and has been fully furnished with a beachy vibe -as expected!
I have a snow bird staying until end of May. It will be available beginning of June.
The rate will be $125-$145 per night plus cleaning fees. DM me if interested!

We came up with preliminary pricing before we post on AirBnB and VRBO (in the next few weeks). Book now for all inclusive pricing that includes all fees and taxes. Hotel rates are BANANAS in Hilton Head this spring and summer!!!! You will be getting a 2 bedroom/2bath fully furnished condo for about 50% of the cost of a hotel room near the beach along with 2 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella.
