My method for happiness - Train, Talk, Travel - these are the three key areas that have enabled me to manage mental illness. Training my body is important as it helps settle the mind, releases nervous energy and increases endorphins. When you look good, you feel good! votal in changing my perspective on things and getting myself back onto my feet. It is extremely therapeutic. Travel is for my soul, I feel the most alive when I am exploring new places and experiencing new things. Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and seeing how beautiful and amazing the world is has made me want to stay to experience it all. This method may not work for everyone, but it certainly has helped me to get to where I am now and I want to be able to assist and inspire others that they can do and be whatever they want to be, no matter what problems they have or what society tells them.
