President Karpov announced a minute of silence in honor of the death of a dog named Smoldya, visited her grave and gave a military greeting. She was 17yo, girl.

This is the first dog ever owned by the President or his immediate family.

She died on August 4 in the morning, before she lived to see the evening, when the decree on limited citizenship for pets was adopted.

It is worth noting that the death became known today, from the President's own grandmother, and the resolution was adopted without news of the death, which makes this event extremely mysterious in the stories of Avian parliamentarism. Today, Congress posthumously awarded her citizenship.

The Avinenska State Secretariat has allocated more than 5,000 Avian lei ($165) for the development of a game server for the Mafia 2 Online multiplayer mode. This initiative was made by Secretary of State Karpov. Highbrook RP | Mafia 2 Online server.

LONG LIVE FRIENDSHIP!

Secretary of State Karpov and Head of the Supreme Court Simkina received the delegation of the Republic of Novoozersk in Petrograd. During the diplomatic meeting, Mr. Karpov was presented with the chevrons of the 1st field army of Novoozersk and a chevron with a flag. It should be noted that the Secretary of State was happy to put them on his uniform. You will learn more about the meeting from the first issue of the Avinenskoe Weekly Review on May 1!

During the meeting, the steps of expanded cooperation were discussed, it was decided to create a single allied army and a common currency. This step increases the international prestige of the two countries, strengthens unity, and moves development to a high level.

The meeting was attended by Novouzensk: Minister of Defense of the Republic of Novoozersk, Commander of Bloodshed the Third and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Novoozersk, Commander of Crashhead the Seventh.

The Imperial State Secretariat adopted a resolution according to which Petrograd (St. Petersburg) is recognized as the capital of the Russian Federation. The corresponding resolution was published and distributed in the public domain by the Avinenska Embassy in Petrograd.

From now on, government departments, private companies and individuals (citizens) are obliged to take this fact into account in order to avoid confusion about the correctness of the spelling of the capital of Russia. There are no penalties for violation, but they can be added to the resolution later.

By the decision of the Congress and the State Secretariat, it was decided to hold parliamentary elections on April 30, the first in the last 2 years since the last elections. According to the tradition of the micronation-community, party registration is in the comments. There are no restrictions on members, and the number of parties is unlimited. The parliamentary and presidential elections have been entrusted to the election commission.

The presidential election is scheduled for May 25, and the inauguration is scheduled for June 8. The Self-Defense Forces of Avinea received two VR training complexes of the Training Center, for training and practice of pilots.

According to the Ministry of Justice, in the future it is planned to purchase equipment and controls for deep immersion in the world of virtual aviation, skills that can be useful in real aircraft in emergency situations. Mainly, there will be training and practice for civil vessels and small aircraft.

In the course of recent changes, Congress decided to disband the Ministry of Defense, and transfer the powers of defense to the Ministry of Justice, which reorganized the military departments into new self-defense forces.

"This scenario is due to the fact that Avinea is a peaceful republic, which has been a neutral country since its foundation. Avinea has never taken part in hostilities, and is not going to in the future. Therefore, the ministry becomes useless, and has been reorganized in order to save the budget." — Secretary of State Karpov.

The State Secretariat notifies future diplomatic partners about the principles of Avinean diplomacy.

1. Avinea does not establish diplomatic relations with microstates in states of war or frozen conflict.

2. Avinea does not establish diplomatic relations with microstates if they have existed for less than a year (the exception is for countries that are serious about development: they have a modern design, flag, stamps, money and/or other souvenir attributes in physical form).

3. Avinea does not establish diplomatic relations with microstates that excessively often change their names and state symbols (flag, coat of arms).

4. In the event of the collapse of a State that has a diplomatic agreement with Avinea, the agreement passes to the legal successor, if one appears on the basis of the State that ceased to exist (an individual decision is made in each case). At the same time, the right to transfer the contract to a new government is possible only once. In case of repeated dissolution, the agreement becomes invalid.

5. Avinea rejects any requests for diplomatic relations if the territorial claims of the microstate coincide with the claims of Avinea's existing diplomatic partners.

The decision to return Avinea was made after a period of reflection and dialogue between AMU member states following Avinenska expulsion in June 2022.

On February 25, His Royal Majesty Arvelk I of Esgeldia and Secretary of State of Avinea Demian Karpov met in Petrograd.

During the meeting of the election commission № 1, Arvelk Varnargad received a company badge with the emblem of the Avinea election Commission as a sign of the admission of Esgeldian representatives as international observers in the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in June this year. The parties discussed the honesty and transparency of the upcoming elections, expressing their wishes for the election of a truly popular president. In addition, the delegation of Esgeldia received gifts from Avinea, which will kindly replenish the exposition of the Esgeldian State Historical Museum: a two-sided keychain, on both sides there are coats of arms of the delegate countries; a 15x15cm magnet with coats of arms and inscriptions in Esgeld, Russian and Swedish: "Eternal friendship!".

After the closing of the meeting of the election commission, secret negotiations between the Esgeldian monarch and the Avinean Secretary of State took place, the contents of which remain a secret from the media. It is known that 583 lei, or almost 18 US dollars, was allocated from the budget for the event.

A new logo and emblem was presented, according to historical traditions it was made in the purple color, which was used in the first national flag of the republic during the period of revival, in addition, the name was written in Swedish, which was also originally the official language in the era of the emergence of the state.
