Royal Falcon Airline Royal Falcon was established in 2007, as the sister company of Jordan International Air Cargo (JIAC) .

Royal Falcon Airlines commenced its operation in August 2007 after being awarded its AOC for non-scheduled operation. In 2008, Royal Falcon Airlines started its first regular route to Baku, Azerbaijan, with a frequency of one flight per week. In March 2009, Royal Falcon Airlines started its scheduled operation to Sharjah/UAE with a frequency of two flights per week. On 28 June 2009, Royal Falcon A

irlines was awarded its Scheduled AOC after completing all economic and technical requirements of CARC. In October 2009, Royal Falcon Airlines started its scheduled operation to Mousul and Najaf with one frequency per week for each destination, to be increased to two flights per week for each destination effective from 01 November 2009, and according to demand. In order to comply with international standards, Royal Falcon Airlines is currently completing all requirements to pass the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) by the 2010. Royal Falcon Airlines has recently implemented the Flight Data Monitoring System to provide analysis and reporting of data downloaded from the QAR/FDR of the aircraft, in compliance with the adopted Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) program. Royal Falcon Airlines is completing all requirements to become a registered carrier for the UN to be able to participate in UN bids. The application has been filed with the UN, and the technical assessment of the company’s documents and facilities is expected to be finalized within 2009. In order to expand Royal Falcon Airlines sales channels, negotiations are being completed with Global Distribution Systems (GDS’s); mainly Amadeus. This will also serve as a marketing tool for Royal Falcon Airlines. Royal Falcon Airlines contracted SITA for provision of the following services;



• Flight Briefing on Line System, for electronic flight planning.

• World Tracer, for tracking lost baggage.

• Aircom Service, for ACARS communication between aircraft and base.
