I bring my extensive experience in competitive athletics, as a yoga/aerobics & personal strength instructor, and 10 years of dance & musical performance along with over 15 years of experience in the field of massage and bodywork to each highly individualized session. I specialize in combining Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, & Esalen modalities tailored to the individual’s needs & state at that moment. I incorporate soothing, cleansing hot towels at the end of both front & back sections of the session. In blending more traditional modalities with energy work, breath work, & verbal guided meditation, you will find yourself experiencing a multi dimensional process which leaves you feeling restored, revitalized, relaxed and completely satisfied. I use a top-of-the-line Earthlite table with all the gear including foot bolster, neck pad & extra side pads to widen your arm space allowing you to completely relax your arms & upper torso.
