Invoke Appraisal Our team of appraisers understand the true costs to repair damages to structures and we use that knowledge to get our clients what they are owed.

We are a brand new appraisal company with a combined 30 years experience. We are excited to help you receive what is owed to you from the insurance company when you have damage to your home or property and need to file a claim. Services We Offer:

Appraisal Services
Most insurance policies contain an "Appraisal Clause". This simply means that if the insured and the insurance company do not agree

to the amount of damages, either one may invoke appraisal. This is a very simple process that removes the adjusters from the equation and puts the claim in the hands of construction specialists. We have appraisers in Texas and Oklahoma ready to guide customers through the appraisal process. Contact us today for questions and guidance. Claim Estimates
We prepare claim estimates for our clients using the same estimating software that insurance carriers use. This is a critical step to insure that the insurance provider understands the costs associated. Insurance carriers are more likely to agree to estimates when prepared this way. We are 2 months into the new year, and we are all experiencing some crazy weather. Some of which has caused significant damage to some areas, so I wanted to give you some stats on how we can help. If you have experienced these kind of damages and your insurance company is not wanting to pay a fair price to get your house or property put back to pre-damage condition here's how we can help:

We have been getting calls, emails, & Facebook messages about this, so I want to make it clear to anyone who visits our page- we ARE NOT associated with Lawrence Ruff. We were partners with him when we started in January, but he left our company in July, so if you have had any dealings with him, please know that is not us. His company name is very close to ours, but we are a different company. I am very sorry for the confusion, but I did want to clear that up. Have a blessed day everyone!!!

Advantages to going to Appraisal (which is similar to arbitration or mediation)
It is less expensive than going to litigation.
It is a quicker process than litigation.
The insurance adjuster is removed from the process. Now you have a disinterested party on the other side.
You chose the appraiser to represent you.

Many insureds have no idea that if they disagree with the Insurance Company's assessment of their damage they can dispute it. You DO NOT have to just accept whatever they tell you or their decision in the matter. Most states have an Appraisal Clause or Appraisal “‘Appraisal Provision, usually found in the "Conditions" section of your policy. Below you will find an example of an Appraisal Clause. Each state is different, so this is only an example.

If we or you we fail to agree on the amount of loss, either one can demand that the amount of the loss be set by appraisal. If either makes a written demand for appraisal, each shall select a competent, disinterested appraiser. Each shall notify the other of the appraiser’s identity within 20 days of receipt of the written demand. The two appraisers shall then select a competent, impartial umpire . . . . The appraisers shall then set the amount of the loss. If the appraisers submit a written report of an agreement to us, the amount agreed upon shall be the amount of the loss. If the appraisers fail to agree within a reasonable time, they shall submit their differences to the umpire. Written agreement signed by any two of these three shall set the amount of the loss.'”
