Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary is the only private sanctuary in the world. It was originally planned to develop oil palm trees and drive around the area, and the garden owners found out that this is a habitat of long-nosed monkeys, and therefore decided to stop the development of mangrove wetlands and set up long-Nosed Monkey shelters to take care and protection. These leftover long-nosed monkeys allow long-nosed monkeys to continue to reproduce.
Male Long-nosed monkey hangs with long and round nose, red cut, white tail, a belly belly; female size is smaller, with a nose-nosed nose.
This Protection Centre has two stands, platform a and platform b, platform b larger, a better view and more equipment.
Apart from that, the Chestnut Leaf Monkey (Maroon Leaf Monkey) likes to be close to people, and they will climb in crowds to meet tourists and take photos with tourists. Some of these monkeys also hold a little monkey with golden hair, while chewing on the long beans sent by staff members, holding a little monkey with a little monkey and taking pictures with people on the other side.
There is also a small hornbill that has been injured but treated with artificial treatment. It is more different from general birds, completely not shy, not afraid of people, let people touch (even though touching animals is wrong), take pictures, and sometimes crooked. Curious to observe tourists from all over the world!
At Present, there are groups of three large families and one bachelors of nobility. In addition, you also have a chance to see pig tail monkeys, Hornbill, Otters, White-bellied Woodpecker and Kingfisher.
