🏠 SOLD!🌊 It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to this adorable home on Chatsworth Avenue. It was a privilege to share it with our amazing guests who made lots of happy summertime memories there.

Thank you to the best realtor on LBI .melinda & the awesome real estate/lifestyle photographer for putting all the pieces together to make the sale happen. A very special thank you goes to our friends Lori and Joe who are not on Insta but made this whole crazy business of seasonal renting possible ❤️

While this account will go a little quiet, I’d love some more company over at my interior decorating business where the focus is on big, colorful style for smaller budgets!✨

We’ll still be down in Holgate enjoying the LBI life and hope to stay in touch with all the fab people we’ve met along the way.

📣Local business shoutout! We are midway into our crazy Cousins’ Week which brings all the fun chairs you’d imagine. Kids weave in and out of the garage grabbing boards, balls, buckets, you name it. Thanks to the ✨magic✨of and , the garage is has become sooo much easier to navigate/clean! I mean, LOOK at the organization! It’s a thing of beauty. On top of that, having a gorg epoxy floor makes sand removal a snap. This whole set up brings more joy than a garage should.

🇸🇪Being known as an IKEA Superfan, I’m often asked about their items. I’ve recommended Bemz custom covers a few times but not used them myself until just recently. They’re not technically an IKEA product however Bemz covers are designed specifically for IKEA furniture so close enough, right?

This deep blue cotton cover is headed to a hardworking Kivik at my coastal NJ rental property—the light gray cover has seen waaaay better days. Bemz includes installation instructions that seem reasonable but I’ll report back with an honest review when the job is done.
