As our reputation has grown over the years, our business has now graduated to the management of luxury apartments and sophisticated accommodation in Prescribed, Multiple Owners Corporations in Residential, Commercial in medium to large buildings. In recognition of our new, more diverse portfolio, we’re relaunching our business with a new look, services and name – StrataCo. StrataCo represents an exciting step towards our goal of becoming the Owners Corporation Management of Choice, offering both our existing and new clients access to a more comprehensive range of specialist services.
