Desert Oasis in not much wildlife but in the seen an owl! A rabbit and some blue fish at the point of rocks. Also lost tail lights on a gravel road there.. found 1 later on though

Quite a change... Just yesterday it was cloudy but all green around. Still nice (cold) hike around the lake. Enjoying electric car for the first time - can't say I love it but it's interesting

Little Texas towns tour starts in Bandera. A lot of towns on the way offer wine but since no participants drink we will skip those.
Nice park by the river to walk in, it's pretty large, must be green in summer and swimmable river (again, in summer). Many picknick tables, plenty of parking, football field and some hiking trails - all for free. Also some Christmas lights.
In the morning went to a frontier museum / antique store, way too many things to see, after each corner there is another room with even more stuff. Didn't buy anything since it's just a first town :)

Found a I didn't even hear about. Done a sunrise hike which I rarely do, started at 4.30am, took me 4.5 hrs out and back.

Strenuous but gorgeous hike with beautiful lake where I swam a bit :) a bit hazy but still 22km, 5.5 hrs, 1000m elevation gain

is one of the best hikes I did ever. Almost 20 miles, 4500ft elevation gain, 9 hours, but absolutely worth it

Fun day at . Hiked off trail (accidentally) 1.7km straight line took me 4.5 hours. Visited , and , although those are dry. Lost water bottle, drank water from thw creek, total hike time 8 hrs 17 minutes, 23 km. Last 1.5 hrs with a phone flash light in the forest, although full moon showed itself nicely from behind the mountain

I really like . No filters on photos. Colorful, crazy blue sky, clean city, huge parks, relatively cheap living (found a house for 245 usd a month on Airbnb).
1800m above sea level - not too hot (yet to find out about winter here)
Ocean in Mazatlan just 3 hrs away, bunch of parks and forests on the way.

Знакомство с #мазатлан закончилось, толком не начавшись - невыносимая жара и влажность :( поехал в #дуранго , там почти 2км высота и прохладно :)
