Bookkeeping
Our bookkeeping and payroll division is managed by Monet Nielsen. Monet offers 10 year of well rounded bookkeeping experience working with both start up business and established businesses. Experience working at an accounting firm and collaborating with other firms has familiarized her with the requirements and expectations of accountants. With this knowledge, Monet will organize your financials to improve your company’s efficiency and look for multiple ways to reduce your company’s costs. Experience with multiple software providers allows us to help meet your unique needs. As a certified Quickbooks Online Adviser; this is our preferred software to help manage your business and wholesale pricing is available to us. We are happy to work with you to find a solution that fits best with your company. Environment
Our Environmental division is managed by Andrew Nielsen. He offers over 12 years experience in oil and gas focusing on regulatory and emissions requirements. He has been employed by consultants, producers and the provincial regulator during his career with an even split between office and field work. His experience is backed with six years of post secondary education, and professional designations in both environment and chemical engineering technology. Andrew offers services in the areas of facility licensing, emissions reporting for CEMS, EPEA approval, NPRI and greenhouse gas reporting. As a facility licensing expert, Andrew can reduce your company’s liability rating with the AER by performing a detailed facility licensing review for your company. In tough economic times, several facilities are either over licensed due to production cuts or equipment modification. Rather than spending thousands on well site reclamation to reduce one well equivalence in liability, our facility licensing review could eliminate several well equivalencies with a fraction of the cost to reclaim one site. Having experience as a field adviser, I am aware of the operational priority and challenges that can ultimately delay reporting. In the office, I am also aware of the consequences that late or inaccurate reporting can have to an organization. This is why we offer flexible hours through the weekends; because we understand your plants don’t shut down, and your field staff may still require support. Our competitive rates will remain low due to reduced corporate overhead. We maintain a limited client list to ensure quick and efficient customer service.
