Centrally placed, 13 miles south of Cardigan and 10 miles north of Whitland, 15 miles from the beaches of Newport and Poppit Sands
to the north and 20 miles from Saundersfoot and Pendine Sands to the south, this is a peaceful, rural location, ideal for touring the north Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Carmarthenshire countryside. The house benefits from three reception rooms - a comfortable sitting room with leather sofas and woodburning stove, a conservatory with doors out to the garden, and a snug with sofa and desk. There is a flatscreen Freesat TV and DVD player in the sitting room, Playstation in the snug, plenty of books and WiFi throughout. There is also a beautifully fitted dining kitchen with large farmhouse table and chairs, electric cooker, built-in microwave and integrated dishwasher and fridge/feezer. There is also a washing machine in the adjacent utility room. Upstairs, the house has four attractively presented bedrooms - a large Master bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room, a double bedroom, a single and one with full-sized bunk beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. Oil-fired central heating, with some underfloor heating and some radiators. The Mill sits in mature grounds with garden furniture and there is hardstanding parking/turning space to the front and side. Please note that, although screened and private, the property is adjacent to a working dairy farm, with cows and crops in the neighbouring barns and fields. This is an excellent location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a lovely 'home from home', with footpaths from the door. There is a good choice of beaches within 15-20 miles and the lovely Preseli hills nearby. A little further afield are the colourful seaside towns of the West Wales coast, ideal for dolphin-spotting. Oakwood Theme Park at Canaston Bridge, and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo are both just 17 miles away, providing excellent days out for the kids. Visit our website:
