With 20 years experience polishing CD-R, CD-RW and DVD mould inserts with flat lapping systems for the multi-media industry, you know your moulds will be polished to the highest standards possible. No "orange peel", No "edge roll-off". Perfect for the finishing of CD, DVD and Petri dish moulds. Optical flats along with a monochromatic light are used to measure flatness of moulds in light bands (mi

llionths of an inch). Capable of achieving 0-3 light bands of flatness, well within industry standards.. Located minutes east of Toronto in Ajax, Ontario. We offer free pick-up & delivery in the greater Toronto area, and UPS shipping to all other locations.
