The Department of Tourism actively collaborated with Women and Youth in Tourism to introduce the recently formulated National Tourism Strategy and Master Plan. Recognizing their role as key development partners and crucial stakeholders in the sector, it was imperative to provide them with insights to embrace and position themselves for the diverse opportunities outlined in the Master plan. This engagement aimed to foster a deeper relationship and understanding of the strategy and encourage active involvement among women and youths, enhancing their capacity to leverage the benefits presented by the comprehensive Master plan. Additionally, the initiative sought to establish a platform for ongoing dialogue, ensuring continuous collaboration and alignment with the evolving needs of these essential contributors to the tourism industry.
