hough, typically 7-10 kms with an average of 4-5%. Over a week you will climb around 20 meters per km – on the other hand you will have lots of opportunity for honing your descending skills. Priorat is one of the Worlds most exiting wine districts – The Priorat DOC classification imposes restrictions on irrigation, cultivation and yield. Combined with the difficult geological conditions this means a relatively low yield. In general, the winemakers welcome the imposed constraints to refine their product. That is one of the reasons why there is generally a high level of quality throughout the Priorat DOC. Ciclisme Priorat was founded during a training week in 2010. We were fascinated by the green mountains, the clean air and the excellent roads of Priorat. We’d love to share the roads of Priorat with you.
