There are several places that you can find coupons, but your best bet is the Sunday paper. Every Sunday (excluding holidays) there are usually two coupon inserts, the Smartsource and Redplum. Once a month (the first Sunday) there is third insert from Proctor & Gamble. Occasionally, there will be an extra Smartsource or Redplum insert or inserts from other companies such as General Mills, Campbell’
s and Kelloggs/Keebler. You want to get at least 5 copies of each insert. You can do this by asking your friends and relatives to save them for you or if you subscribe to the paper ask your paper carrier for his extras (because they eventually just toss them anyway). Other Coupon Sources Include:
Magazines
Grocery Stores
Blogs & Message Boards
Weekly Store Ads
Online Websites

If your store has a loyalty card program, sign up for it! Many stores will only allow you to get their sale prices if you have a store loyalty card. Check your stores weekly ads for sales and discounts. Always, always, always make a list before you shop and include the coupons you plan to use. Keep all of your coupons for your shopping trip together based on the store, and if you want to get even more technical you can sort them by brand and even genre. Always check the clearance section for really cheap items you can use your coupons on. And Don't Forget To Price Match! Walmart and many other stores will price match competitor’s ad sale prices.
