Today I learned a new word from my very smart friend, Jane Freund, 'antipode'. This is the place on the earth that you would hit if you drilled a tunnel straight though the earth the the opposite side of the planet. Turns our my antipode is Bavaria, Germany! Armed with this information, I feel a vacation is in order!

My! how times have changed when it comes to air travel!
This photo show air hostess and steward serving Scandinavian country style buffet on SAS Scandinavian Airlines in 1969. That sure beats the peanuts and chips we get nowdays!

(Founded in 1946, SAS is the flag carrier of Sweden, Norway, and Denmark)

Even though food service has changed while in air, Im SOOO thankful for airplanes that connect us to so much of the world!

It's cruise day!! WHOOOHOOOOO!!!

My friend on the travel team mentioned how she looks forward to the day when she can hop on a plane and take a cruise and not have to ask her boss for the time off!
It TRULY is such a great feeling to have that freedom!!

Today has involved “Working” poolside, getting snacks delivered, FaceTiming my daughter back home and helping the team grow!
I’d say this is a life I can live very happily with and one I plan to continue! ⭐️⭐️⭐️✈️❤️
