Established in 1979, Lee Warren Fabrication and Design Limited became incorporated in September 1999, and are now one of the leading specialist engineering companies in their field with an annual turnover in excess of £18,000,000, and over 35 years of demonstrable experience within the commercial, residential, retail, education, transport, leisure, stadia and infrastructure sectors. Lee Warren has the flexibility to consider projects having order values ranging from £10,000 to £12,000,000. Lee Warren’s ideal area of operation is within a 100 mile radius of its offices and factory, based in Hayes, West London, however on occasions projects outside of this boundary will be considered. Specialising in the design, manufacture, supply or supply only, delivery, and installation of architectural metalwork, structural steelwork (primary & secondary), bespoke and standard metalwork, sheet metalwork in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and a wide range of architectural glass and glazing systems, including certified and assured bomb blast resistant solutions for canopies, wall linings & balustrades, Lee Warren have a large, widely experienced directly employed ‘in house’ engineering and design resource utilising combinations of the latest 2D & 3D CAD software incorporating BIM capability, all of which is fully integrated into an extensive range of the latest CNC manufacturing equipment, operated by our highly skilled workforce situated in our own 60,000ft² West London factory which runs 24/7. One of Lee Warrens unique differentiators is their total control of the design and fabrication process which supported by their use of industry standard programming software allows them to either align with their clients own programmes, or when required, react positively and proactively to late instruction or change.
