Over 25 years' experience in most secretarial/PA office areas. I am here to assist you. If you have a requirement for a minute taker/meeting secretary or just require a temporary secretary/assistant for a few days to a few weeks - then I am the person to call. My background has included being a personal assistant/secretary to:

Attending meetings in Christchurch as a minute taker which have included groups of people from 2 to 200. Court reporting (remotely) including typing of New Zealand Court decisions, hearing transcriptions, Parole Board decisions, Judges' overflow secretarial support, prison telephone transcriptions, etc. Employment Meeting Transcriptions. I am a professionally trained and New Zealand Government Trade Certified Shorthand/Typist with many years secretarial and office experience. I also spent two years working remotely from my own home for a New Zealand Government Department typing court transcripts, interviews, legal documents, Judges' overflow dictation and the like. I pride myself on 'working for you' and providing you with the very best confidential and professional service that I can. I pride myself on providing a confidential and professional service so that you can have peace of mind that your meeting will be recorded professionally, respectfully and truthfully. All work undertaken off your premises and/or remotely will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and any paper copies destroyed via shredding on completion of your job/s. This is a unique way of working and I value the trust and support that you are putting into my service. I work on an "as needed" basis and hence only charge for the time I am working for you.
